Crashes on startup, canned support
Basically as the title states: won’t open, no help. I did some basic troubleshooting, and managed to get it running, temporarily, on one of my machines running 10.10.4, only for it to start crashing again two days later. Similar to another reviewer, I would be wholly out of luck and in serious trouble if I did not have the iOS version. My practice is reliant upon filing insurance claims on a daily basis. If we cannot login, create new accounts, update users’ information, etc., then I go out of business. I contacted support, got a canned reply, and mailed them after five more days passed to say that I sadly had to abandon what was formerly a rock-solid manager.
There’s more to this story, but the bottom line is this: for those that use them, people live by their password managers. Users: don’t wait to get caught flat-footed. Make sure whatever solution you select is reliable. For me, Enpass, as of this writing, is unusable. Hope the best for the development group, and that they get things fixed.
